ViewONE Standard Annotations Module

This is usually only possible by storing and displaying the document in a separate location to the annotations, but with ViewONE you can add and store annotations in any database yet view them with the document as if they were securely stored together.

All information about annotations is stored in simple text format, making them easy to store in a database of your choice and, therefore, to also offer search facilities on them. They are also consequently platform-, system-, vendor- and document format-independent making them future proof.

Since annotations are not stored within the document (scanned image or PDF) and have a small filesize, they are quick to add, send and retrieve from the server, making the annotation & viewing process fluid and easy to use.
