ViewONE Pro’s innovative Advanced Cache Manager™ (ACM™) delivers Module-on-Demand functionality for ViewONE Pro users. Unlike other Java applets, ViewONE Pro is fully extendable, allowing you to add support for additional formats, or add new functions and features as your needs grow, still without any user installation required.

Only ViewONE Pro can create its own cache folder, holding the viewer in a decompressed format. This delivers a substantially-improved startup time, and enables the applet to be stored securely even when using HTTPS connections with browser cache clearance.

• ViewONE Pro is a completely modularized Java image viewer - the first zero-installation Module-On-Demand™ viewer, specifically designed to take advantage of web technology
• The secret behind the modularization is ViewONE Pro's innovative Advanced Cache Manager™ (ACM). The ACM permits the integration of an extensive range of additional functionality modules to be added for users, and protects ViewONE Pro and the modules from accidental or automated session-end cache clearance
• The ACM only downloads additional modules to its cache when they are actually first needed, not as part of the initial download, which reduces user wait times to a minimum
• Optional PDF Module - view and annotate existing PDF files using Adobe's own PDF library, without the need for a separate viewer. View existing PDF annotations written within Acrobat, and use ViewONE's own Annotations Module facility to create additional mark-ups. Other options will follow soon. (Win/Mac only)
• Optional Annotations Module providing extensive annotations/markup capability, including the creation of flexible hyperlinks for page-to-page, annotation-to-annotation, document-to-web page and click-to-JavaScript linking
• Optional Universal Viewing Module - view and annotate over 300 file formats within ViewONE Pro, without a user installation. Server licensed in user number blocks, the Universal Viewing Module offers support for MS Office, AutoCAD 2007, Visio etc within ViewONE Pro. (MS Win only)
• Optional Document Streaming Server Module - splits multipage TIFF and PDF documents on the fly for significantly improved document browsing speed - split pages can also be cached.
• Optional Permanent Redactions Server Module - allows 'burning' of annotations and redactions onto any supported image format, creating a new file output as a TIFF image, and also burning of redactions into PDF images, without creating a new file, and still retaining the existing PDF text structure.

ViewONE Pro offers tooltips giving info for every feature, menus, thumbnails, printing dialogues and keyboard shortcuts
• Thumbnail/Index list toggle option - Index View option enables fast access to pages within large multipage documents. Thumbnails are zoomable to aid page finding, and multi-select thumbnail opening allows comparison of specific pages from a document
