ViewONE Pro Product Overview
ViewONE Pro is a modular, extendable document & image viewer, which allows customers to add functionality and additional format support through a suite of modules including PDF, Office and Universal Viewing.
- ViewONE Pro will display TIF, BMP, JPG, JP2K, GIF and PNG image formats by default and can be extended to view hundreds of other document and image formats using our additional modules. You can find further information about this in our supported formats section.
- ViewONE Pro is a powerful in-browser viewer which offers a Module-on-Demand facility. Customers can benefit from the added functionality with the Annotations Module, which allows mark-ups, such as text and highlights to 300+ supported file formats, Permanent Redactions Server Module, Document Streaming Server Module, Print Accelerator Module and Security Module. Additional format support is made available through the PDF Module, JPEG2000 Module, Office Module and the Universal Viewing Module, which enables viewing support for 300+ file formats.
- The ability to extend an applet's capabilities means ViewONE Pro represents a major breakthrough for web-based document management users. This extendability is due to the innovative Advanced Cache Manager™ (ACM). The ACM controls the caching of ViewONE Pro to a writable space and manages the download of additional modules for the user. By creating separate modules rather than embedding all the functionality inside the main applet, user wait times are minimized (you only have to wait for what you need), and there's no limit on the additional functionality that can be added for your users.
