ViewONE Pro COLD Module

COLD systems are typically used by organizations needing to process high volumes of forms on a daily basis, and in the past the only viewing option was to locally install and update the viewer supplied with the COLD system.

This is because each system had its own specifications and scaling ratios for the foreground and background images. ViewONE Pro solves these problems and is the first generic COLD viewer that works across a wide variety of systems.

When output to an electronic file (rather than a printed record) the forms produced by a COLD system are split into the background template (the form itself) and foreground content (the completed information)
The background is stored the first time a form is used, and thereafter only the foreground for each file needs to be stored by the COLD system, dramatically reducing the storage space required. However, to view these files, the foreground and background images need to be recombined and scaled to match each other
ViewONE Pro's COLD Module allows this recombination and viewing (and even annotation if licensed) within ViewONE Pro itself, rather than needing a separate, custom COLD viewer
Licensed on a Per Web Site/Server basis - low rollout costs and fastest Return On Investment (ROI)

Daeja's COLD module currently supports:
1. Image over image overlays, both background and foreground images of any of our supported formats, including PDF
2. Text over image (simple ASCII text without formatting)
