W8 Forms Download (USA)

Since December 2000 the US Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has required US companies purchasing goods from foreign companies to present these completed forms to avoid having to deduct tax at source from invoices paid to the foreign companies. Daeja is a English United Kingdom company and so please attach these completed copies of the forms to the invoice when submitting your accounts to the IRS, and please do not deduct tax at source.
