Annotations Security
This is a short overview of the different levels of security that can be applied to annotations within ViewONE and ViewONE Pro.
The ability to apply annotations, highlights, redactions and other markups to your scanned and other image documents is a key feature of ViewONE and ViewONE Pro.
With annotation security and compliance an increasingly important issue, it is comforting to know that ViewONE and ViewONE Pro offer the ability to deploy multiple levels of security within the viewer, from blanket security such as group-based right down to annotation-specific security settings.
